It is the master reference behind your life: the place everything lives so that nothing has to be remembered, searched for, or recreated under pressure.

How to Use It
- Download the manual and save it somewhere secure, alongside your other important personal files.
- Work through it section by section. You don't need to complete it all in one sitting. Many of our clients fill in a section or two at a time over a few weeks.
- Update it as life changes. A new pet, a renewed passport, a change of GP. The manual is built to be a living document, not a one-off exercise.
- Store it securely. Because it holds sensitive personal information, we recommend keeping it in an encrypted folder, a password-protected cloud drive, or your password manager's secure document storage.
- Share access selectively. Decide who, if anyone, should have access in your absence; a partner, an executor, or your BRUILT Associate, and make sure they know where to find it.
