It applies to information collected through bruiltconcierge.com and through the onboarding, service delivery and administrative processes associated with our Founder's Associate & Right Hand services.

BRUILT Concierge is a boutique founder support and lifestyle management agency, operated by Avril Bunton-Williams, trading as BRUILT Concierge. For the purposes of data protection law, BRUILT Concierge is the “data controller” of personal information collected through our website and client relationships.

• Financial information, such as billing details, where necessary to administer fees and invoicing. We do not store full payment card details.
• Website usage information, including IP address, browser type, pages visited and cookies, collected automatically when you visit bruiltconcierge.com.
• Communications, including emails, messages and call notes arising from our working relationship.
Where you provide information about other individuals (for example, family members or household staff), you confirm that you have their permission to share this information with us, or another lawful basis for doing so.

• To respond to enquiries and provide quotations for our services.
• To onboard new clients and deliver the Founder's Associate & Right Hand services agreed under a Client Service Agreement.
• To manage the day-to-day administration of your account, including invoicing and correspondence.

• To improve our website and services, and to understand how visitors use bruiltconcierge.com.
• To send service-related communications and, where you have consented, marketing updates about BRUILT Concierge.

We rely on the following legal bases under UK GDPR:
• Contract: where processing is necessary to perform our Client Service Agreement or to take steps prior to entering into one.
• Legitimate interests: where processing is necessary for our legitimate business interests, such as improving our services, provided this does not override your rights and interests.

• Legal obligation: where processing is necessary to comply with the law, such as financial record-keeping.

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including to satisfy any legal, accounting or reporting requirements. As a general guide:
• Client onboarding and service records are retained for the duration of the engagement and for a period of [SEVEN] years afterwards, to meet accounting and legal obligations.
• Enquiry information from prospective clients who do not proceed is retained for up to [TWELVE] months, after which it is securely deleted.
• Website usage data is retained in accordance with our Cookie Policy.
At the end of the relevant retention period, your personal information will be securely deleted or anonymised.
8. How We Protect Your Information
We take the security of your personal information seriously, particularly given the sensitive and detailed nature of the household, family and business information shared with us. We maintain appropriate technical and organisational measures, including:
• Secure, password-protected and where appropriate encrypted storage of client documents.
• Restricted access to personal information, limited to those who need it to deliver our services.
• Confidentiality obligations placed on any associate, subcontractor or third party engaged in delivering services on our behalf.

• Rights related to automated decision-making and profiling, where applicable (BRUILT Concierge does not currently use automated decision-making).

Our services are intended for adults. Where information about children is shared with us as part of household or family management services (for example, school or medical details), this is processed solely on the instruction of, and with the consent of, the parent or legal guardian who is our client.
